International Seminar on Industrial Doctorates

The government of Catalonia, in collaboration with public and private universities, is promoting the Industrial doctorates strategic plan. Its aim is to contribute to the competitiveness and internationalization of Catalan industry, retain talent and place PhD students in R+D companies in order to develop their careers. The international seminar on industrial doctorates, organised by the ACUP, is a platform to discuss the current status of this initiative in Catalonia from the university, companies and governement visions. At the same time, through the participation of experts in the field of industrial doctorates in other European countries, the seminar will be a learning space for similar initiatives.
