The www.acup.cat website obtains personal data from the contact forms on the website from persons who send any queries, requests and/or comments, as well as from technical and third-party cookies that exist on the web. All this information submitted via web contact forms will be included in the information systems of the ASSOCIACIÓ CATALANA D’UNIVERSITATS PÚBLIQUES (CATALAN ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES), with Spanish Tax Identification Code (CIF) G-64138910, which comply with the security measures required in order to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, security and information retrieval.

Pursuant to current Data Protection regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on Data Protection, this information will be used to attend to your request for information or query.

Also, if you so expressly authorise us, we may use your email data to send you information about our activities and news in the academic and university fields.

Your data shall be withheld indefinitely for as long as you wish to continue receiving our communications. As you are entitled to withdraw that consent, you may do so at any time using the link included in any communication to notify us of your WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT or otherwise may do so by email to info@acup.cat. From that moment on, you will no longer receive any communications from us.

None of your data will be disclosed or transferred, except when a public body requests it by law, to suppliers that provide maintenance services for the information systems and to the company from which we hire the web hosting and email service, with whom the corresponding contracts for commissioning such processing have been signed.

To protect the privacy of USERS, no data regarding their ideology, religion, beliefs, racial origin, health or sex lives may be sent on our forms.

Likewise, you are informed that no automated individual decisions or profiling procedures shall be implemented under any circumstances.

This statement of privacy is governed by Spanish Law. Therefore, the parties shall be submitted, by their own free choice, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona for the resolution of any disputes and hereby waive any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
