Entrepreneurship MOOC course 'How to create your own business'

The aim of the course is to provide tools to recent and former students to acquire skills and knowledge on key concepts to carry out a business project, but also very useful for professional practice.

The aim of the course is to provide tools to recent and former students to acquire skills and knowledge on key concepts to carry out a business project, but also very useful for professional practice.

The MOOC “How to create your business”, which is free, is structured in two parts: one of three modules, with the aim of creating and validating a Business Model (15 sessions), and another of two modules ( 10 sessions), which aims to give an overview of how to make a Business Plan and how to seek funding. Each of the two parts can be taken independently. Each session / lesson consists of a 7-minute video, a quiz, and other additional material. The duration of the whole course is five weeks (3 + 2) with a dedication of about 5 hours per week. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.

The course is promoted by the UB, UAB, UPC, UPF, UdG, UdL, URV, UOC, Uvic-UCC within the framework of the Knowledge, Territory and Innovation Platform initiative (CTI Platform), coordinated by the Catalan Association of Public Universities (ACUP). The course is supported by the Agency for the Management of University and Research Grants (AGAUR).
