Telecommunications Engineer (UPC), Master in Management, with more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in multinationals, leading strategic projects of operational transformation and launching new businesses in the consulting and information systems, oil and gas, banking and insurance sectors.

She is co-founder & CEO of Big Onion, from where she promotes collaborative teamwork for the development of digital economy models that give high relevance to ethics by developing the concepts of digital humanism or humanistic technology, digital disruption and creative ecosystems.

President of the Quantum Blockchain Alliance, Member of the Advisory Board of the "Observatory of Ethics in Artificial Intelligence of Catalonia (OEIAC)", co-founder of the ELLIS Alicante Foundation, member of advisory boards and WeRock Capital and co-founder of the Covidwarriors Association. She has been co-founder and Vice-President of the Alastria consortium, where she currently serves as Managing Director.

Specialist in the strategy for the creation of ecosystems and the management of large-scale innovative projects based on next generation information and telecommunication technologies (Blockchain and its convergence with AI&IoT), building bridges between Start-Ups and Multinationals, she has led multidisciplinary and multicultural teams living, and embracing the cultural richness of different countries in Europe, South America, North America, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, India, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. He has been responsible for IT services for 4 Olympic Games, Pan American Games, and several World Championships and UN Summits.
