On 22 October 2009, the first working meeting was held for the Children’s University of Catalonia (UdN-CAT) involving representatives from all the Catalan public universities that from the ACUP.

Also present at the meeting was Ms. Irmtraud Eberle – Härtl, coordinator of the Children’s University programme of the conglomeration of higher education institutions in Graz (Austria) who reported on their activities and experiences during the project. The collaboration with the Graz UdN falls within the Mentoring programme organised by the European Children’s Universities Network (EUCUNET), which brings together more than 200 universities among which are the universities in Graz and in the ACUP.
