(Terrassa, 1967), Industrial Engineering degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and MBA from ESADE Business School. Vice-president of Copcisa Corp; a group of companies with a strong presence in the construction, services, concessions and energy sectors.

President of AERE; (Exploitation of Renewable Energy from the Ebre), a company that groups together various operators of 500 MW-capacity wind farms. Vice-president of ASCEF; (Catalan Association of Family Businesses).Board Member of FemCAT; Private Foundation of Catalan Businesspersons.Treasurer of the puntCAT Foundation. Board Member of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.

Member of the Ethics Commission of the MicroBank ethical investment fund (La Caixa Social Bank).

He has been President of EolicCat; Catalonia Wind Farm Association, EISSL/Hidrodata; a hydroelectric and wind power exploitation company, President of AERTA; a company dedicated to the construction of the electricity infrastructure required to connect 425 MW of wind turbines to the Spanish transmission grid in the south of Catalonia, Factor Energia; the first independent electricity company in the Spanish market and Vicepresident of Solynova; a solar energy company.

A regular conference speaker and lecturer; also publishes articles on economics, energy, and family businesses.
